Paying via Bitvavo app
- Download and open the Bitvavo app
If you don't have the Bitvavo app yet, you can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Log in to your account or create a new one if you haven't already done so.
- Deposit or buy cryptocurrency
Before you can pay with crypto, you must have a cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or another coin in your Bitvavo wallet. If you already own crypto, you can transfer it to your Bitvavo wallet. If you do not have any crypto yet, you can buy crypto directly via the app using iDEAL, credit card, or other payment methods.
- Buy crypto: Click the “Buy” button in the app, select the desired cryptocurrency, enter the amount, and complete the payment.
- Navigate to your wallet
To make a payment, you must have access to your crypto wallet in the Bitvavo app:
- Click on “Wallets” in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
- Here you see an overview of all your cryptocurrencies. Select the coin you want to pay with (for example, Bitcoin or Ethereum).
- Send crypto
As soon as you have selected the correct cryptocurrency, you can make a payment:
- Click on “Send”.
- Enter the recipient's wallet address. This is the crypto address where you want to send the payment (you usually receive this from the recipient or the website you want to use to make a payment).
- Enter the amount you want to send.
- Check the details carefully to ensure the wallet address is correct, as crypto transactions cannot be reversed if you send them to the wrong address.
- Confirm the transaction
After you have entered the details, you will be asked to confirm the transaction:
- Double-check all details.
- Confirm the transaction by pressing the send button. You may also be asked to verify your transaction using two-factor authentication (2FA), depending on your account settings.
- Track the status of your transaction
After sending, you can track the status of your transaction in the Bitvavo app. Crypto transactions are processed on the blockchain, which can take some time depending on the coin you send and network conditions.
- Confirmation of receipt
The recipient should receive a confirmation as soon as the transaction has been processed. Please note that, depending on the cryptocurrency, it may take a few minutes to an hour or longer for the transaction to be fully processed.
Purchasing a crypto voucher
- Visit the Dundle website
Go to Dundle.com and look for the crypto voucher option in their list of products. Dundle offers a wide range of prepaid cards and vouchers, including crypto vouchers.
- Choose the amount
Select the amount of the crypto voucher you wish to purchase. Dundle offers various amounts, depending on your needs. These vouchers can often be redeemed for various cryptocurrencies, LTC, or BTC.
- Add the crypto voucher to your shopping cart
After you have selected the amount, add the crypto voucher to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose a payment method
Dundle offers a variety of payment methods, such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, or even Bitcoin. Choose the payment method that suits you best and complete the payment.
- Receive your crypto voucher
After successful payment, you will receive your crypto voucher code immediately via email or on the Dundle website. This usually happens within a few minutes.
- Redeem the crypto voucher
Go to the website or platform that accepts the crypto voucher). Enter the received code to convert your balance into the desired cryptocurrency.
- Keep the code safe
Make sure you keep the crypto voucher code safe until you have redeemed it. Without this code, you cannot claim the value.
Redeeming a crypto voucher
To redeem a crypto voucher on Dundle, follow these steps:
- Go to the Dundle website:
- Visit Dundle.com via your web browser.
- Log in to your account:
- If you already have an account, log in. If you do not have an account yet, you can easily create one.
- Select the option to redeem your voucher:
- Navigate to the section for redeeming vouchers. This can often be done via an option such as “Redeem” or “Exchange” in the menu.
- Enter your crypto voucher code:
- There is a unique code on the voucher. Enter this code in the designated field.
- Select the desired cryptocurrency:
- After entering the code, choose the cryptocurrency into which you want to convert your voucher. Always choose Litecoin.
- Complete the process:
- Follow the further instructions to complete your transaction. This may involve entering your crypto wallet address where the funds should be sent.
- Confirmation:
- As soon as the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction. The cryptocurrency should appear in your wallet within a short time.
