Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. You will receive a tracking code from us as soon as your order has been shipped.
We only ship within Europe to the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy.
We cannot ship to other countries.

Other Questions
Due to the high volume of mail, it is becoming increasingly common for packages to remain with PostNL longer than usual. As a result, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery for your package. Please allow for an average delivery time of 1-3 days (Netherlands) or 3-7 days (Belgium).
In extreme cases, your package may take longer to arrive than usual.
We always strive for fast delivery. It can happen that packages are mis-sorted at the post office, resulting in longer delays than usual. In these situations, you may want to know more about your package.
The information from the tracking code is all the information we have. We ask that you do not contact us for additional information regarding your package. We cannot initiate an investigation with PostNL given the contents of the package.
If your package has not been delivered after 16 days (shipping date), we will resend your package once free of charge.
